The Estate owns and manages a number of residential properties, which are available to let from time to time.

In Northamptonshire these properties are centred around the picturesque stone villages of Harlestone, the Bramptons and the Bringtons. There are also a number of properties located in the villages of Wormleighton, in Warwickshire and North Creake, near Burnham Market, in Norfolk.

The residential properties range in size and type from period farmhouses to former estate workers' cottages which are refurbished to a high standard. Properties are available to rent direct from the Estate on one, two or three year terms, although many of the Estate's tenants have been resident for much longer.
